The Foundation will hold an Annual Audit to assess the previous year's work and plan for the upcoming year.  The Annual Audit will also provide the Foundation with the opportunity to honor those who have contributed to the independence struggle in the areas of health, social justice, nation-conscious education, human rights, community land acquisition, and self-government of African Descendants and Indigenous peoples of the Americas.
